Are you currently employed by a nonunion marine construction company and would like to know how to organize your workplace? Section 7 of the National Labor Relations Act states that “ Employees have the right to self-organization, to form, join or assists labor organizations, to bargain collectively through representatives of their own choosing, and to engage in other concerted activities for the purpose of collective bargaining."
