1/21/2019 - USCG / DOT physicals now covered by Medical Plan
Effective January 1, 2019, the Local 25 Medical Plan now covers your USCG or DOT physical needed for applicable licenses. Use your PHCS insurance card for coverage, just like you would for a typical doctor visit. If you have any questions, please call the Plans Office at (800) 548-6662.
